Of the 10,000 EB5 investor visas available annually, up to 3,000 are set aside
for those who apply under a pilot program involving a USCIS-designated "Regional Center."
A "Regional Center" has been approved by the US Citizenship & Immigration Service.
It focuses on investment at a specific geographic area within the United States and
seeks to promote economic growth through increased export sales, improved regional
productivity, creation of new jobs, and increased domestic capital investment.
California Wineries & Vineyards LLC has been approved by the US Citizenship & Immigration Service as one of its
EB5 Immigrant Investors Regional Center in January 2009. This Regional Center is founded by Christina Lau
and managed by Natural Econometric LLC.
