Central Coast Wineries & Vineyards LLC Regional Center is a loan-based EB-5 investment program that covers Monterey, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties with a minimum investment of $500,000 into Targeted Employment Area.

We can only accept accredited investors, as defined under SEC Regulation D, to participate in our Regional Center.

Our Regional Center will use the investment to provide low interest financial solutions to:

• custom crush facilities
• winery owners
• vineyard owners

We can provide low interest loans to them for:

• General working capital
• Winery acquisition
• Vineyard acquisition and development
• Equipment facilities
• Re-planting

Through lending, Central Coast Wineries & Vineyards LLC Regional Center intends to promote indirect job creation and economic growth through the following activities happening within Monterey, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties:

• wine or table grape growing, harvesting and processing
• wine making, manufacturing and bottling
• wine sales and export
